Faringdon Town 1st Team and the Reserves are both on their travels, so there’s no senior game at Tucker Park this weekend.
The First team take on Bouton Rovers, who currently sit 3rd in the league. Bourton thumped Clanfield Res 10-2 on Tuesday and have won their last 3 games. By contrast the Don were on the wrong end of a 8-1 defeat by Oxford City Nomad Dev. With 1 point from their last 3 games, this looks like another tough game for the Don. Adam Webley has been in good form in front of goal, with 20 from 18 games. Four of which came against Clanfield on Tuesday. Faringdon have a picked up 4 of their 5 wins on the road, will look to bounce back strongly after their result in the week. (away 3.00pm KO)
The Ressers travel to league leaders Hungerford Town Swifts for a NBFL Div 2 clash. Town were hit for 4 last week by an inform Dorchester side, eventually losing 4-1. The Ressers goal coming from Ian Ward. Swifts are still unbeated in the league this season. Although last weeks result was a tight 2-1 victory over Harwell Village. George Smith top scores for Swifts with 19 from 16 games. Hungerford have scored a massive 90 goals in 22 league and cup games and conceding 30. (away 2.30pm KO)
