NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Thursday 7th July 2016, 7.30PM
At Faringdon Town Football Club, Tucker Park, Park Road, Faringdon, SN7 7BP,
The AGM is an important constitutional gathering of Faringdon Town Football Club members to hear about the progress of the Club, recent and on-going developments and the many achievements of the club over the past year.
The meeting also provides the forum for members to put forward their ideas for the future of the Club.
The evening will allow members by a unanimous show of hands to elect the Club Officers, Club Management Committee, Membership & Match Day Fees.
The AGM will also consider a range of important matters as determined by the Chairman. In addition, if you have any other business that you feel is relevant to the AGM, we would welcome your involvement during the Any Other Business item, during the meeting.
Nominations are therefore requested for the election of:
Club Officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer)
(Treasurer & Club Secretary positions are vacant)
Membership of the Club Management Committee
(New members always welcomed!)
Any proposal for the AGM must be received in writing addressed to the Hon. Secretary no later than Sunday 3rd July 2016.
All nominees must be proposed and seconded by existing 2015/2016 members of the club at the Annual General Meeting. Junior members (under 16 years old) are not permitted to vote
