This role would suit someone with previous experience managing a competitive team, either at senior level or a Youth team looking to step up to senior football.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate (Level 1 applicants will be considered if highly experienced).
- Knowledge of local football (Devs currently compete in (Witney & District Football League Division One).
- Strong tactical understanding and a clear coaching philosophy to work alongside the 1st Team management.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- A strong network for recruitment and squad strengthening.
- A genuine passion for grassroots football and player development.
