THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN!!
We are pleased to confirm that promotion winning duo Liam Hares and Jamie Broadfield have both returned to The Don.
Hares returns to the club from Hellenic League club Clanfield (85) FC, who compete in Step 6 of the football pyramid. Unfortunately Liam suffered an ankle break in October and having now completed his rehab, he will now make his comeback with FTFC.
Centre-Back Hares was a major part of our squad last season, scoring double figures and also making us rock solid in defence in 26 appearances.
Another man back at the club is Jamie Broadfield, who finished last season as joint top goalscorer with Kyle Bowyer with 19 goals. Jamie is handful for any defence and we hope his introduction to the squad after a small sabbatical with today’s opponents Shrivenham FC at the start of the season, he will add goals and a central presence to The Don frontline.
