The official floodlight switch on will take place at 19:30 this evening, with Sally Thurston former Town Clerk of Faringdon Town Council, having the honour of turning on the lights. Sally has been an enormous help to FTFC over the years, supporting us, along with the Town Council in all of our ground and facility improvements.
We have chosen, along with our opponents and friends at SN6, Shrivenham FC to raise money in memory of Jack Badger. Jack was a local footballer with Abingdon United Football Club, who unfortunately took his own life. He was friends with management, players and supporters from both clubs and all proceeds will go to his young family. PLEASE NOTE: There is no match day parking in Tucker Park. Please try and come to the ground on foot or via public transport. If you are driving, please use Tesco or the industrial estates along Park Road, parking sensibly please.
