With a weakened squad and non arrival of Martin Francis, Town put in an improved performance but finally lost to higher leagued Wokingham & Emmbrook 3-1 in the Berks & Bucks 1/4 Final. After withstanding 1st half pressure but creating some half chances, Peter Soane opened the scoring for The Don with a good finish just after half time. However, the home side's fowardline quality shone through, as they equalised within ten minutes and took the lead on seventy minutes and scored the killer third with the final kick of the match.
