After Town’s tough game week before there was no let up with another tough one against Bishops Cleeve. Town started poorly and struggled to get their foot on the ball. The first game of the new year and Town faced tough opposition from Moreton Rangers. After a superb calendar year 2017, it was 2nd against 3rd.
Our first game for a couple of weeks and potentially touch and go if it was on. The pitch thawed lovely and we were ok to go ahead.
A local derby midweek for us this week, another heavy pitch but we were up for it after our good results in previous weeks. We knew it would be tough and that’s exactly how it was.
